Working together with clients
At the beginning, we will discuss your project with you in detail to gain an understanding of your objectives and timescales. It may be that you have already had the project designed by Architects, or you may wish us to assist you in this process. Our team can offer planning advice and drawings.
We explain our process to you in detail
Once you provide us with your drawings and requirements, we will then provide you with our free written quotation, containing all of the important information relating to your project. This will confirm what he have allowed for, or what is not included, and give an indication of the duration of the works.
What do we do?
We undertake all aspects of building work from residential, commercial, new build and refurbishment projects. We take on projects in areas all over Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, North and East London. We will undertake works ranging from £5,000 to £10,000,000.
Our History
Teybrook Builders was set up by Joe Geddis who has over 35 years of experience in the building and construction industry, and enjoy a good working relationship with architects, project managers, contract managers, quantity surveyors and clients, meeting all of the requirements necessary to complete a successful project. We pride ourselves on our quality workmanship and relationships with clients.
